These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our onboarding portal at sepfinder.com/Onboarding and your participation as a subcontracted crew providing services such as tree removal, roofing, and similar services. By accessing the portal or submitting onboarding information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Onboarding and Subcontracting

The onboarding portal is designed to register crews for subcontracting opportunities with SEP Finder. By completing the onboarding process, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including personal and business details.
• Allow SEP Finder to retain your information for future project assignments.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while performing services.

2. Responsibilities of Subcontracted Crews

As a subcontracted crew, you agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses, certifications, and insurance required for tree removal, roofing, or other services.
• Perform services professionally, safely, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Communicate promptly with SEP Finder and clients regarding project status and issues.
• Indemnify SEP Finder against claims arising from your negligence or failure to perform services.

3. SEP Finder’s Responsibilities

SEP Finder agrees to:

• Provide clear project requirements and client expectations.
• Facilitate communication between you and clients.
• Process payments for completed services in accordance with agreed terms, subject to client approval.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services are subject to:

• Completion of services to the client’s satisfaction.
• Submission of invoices or documentation as requested by SEP Finder.
• Payment schedules outlined in individual project agreements.

SEP Finder is not responsible for delays in payment caused by clients or third parties.

5. Termination

SEP Finder may terminate your participation in the onboarding portal or subcontracting relationship if you:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Fail to meet service standards or contractual obligations.
• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.

You may terminate your participation by notifying us in writing at support@sepfinder.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

SEP Finder is not liable for:

• Damages or injuries caused by your services or equipment.
• Loss of income or opportunities due to project cancellations or client disputes.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal.

7. Governing Law
