PH Tree Claims & Emergency Services Terms of Service

- Scope of Services
PH Tree provides emergency tree removal and tarping services ("Services") as directed by your insurance carrier’s network. We use your claim information solely to schedule, dispatch, and complete those Services.
- Use of Your Information
What we collect: Your name, property address, phone, email, insurance company and claim details, and any job‑related photos or measurements.
How we use it: To coordinate with your insurer, dispatch crews, prepare work authorizations, and generate invoices.
Who sees it: PH Tree staff, subcontracted crews, your insurance company, and legal authorities as required.
What we do not do: We never sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing or unrelated purposes.
- Privacy & Security
All data is stored on secure, encrypted systems. Our portal is SSL-encrypted; no unauthorized party can view your details. Access is restricted to employees and contractors on a need-to-know basis.
- Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate claim and contact information, grant site access at scheduled times, and notify your adjuster of any special site conditions.
- Insurance & Billing
We bill your insurer directly per your work authorization. You remain responsible for balances unpaid after 30 days, which will incur interest and possible collection fees.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the job without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee.
- Liability & Warranty
PH Tree is licensed and insured. We guarantee workmanship for 90 days on emergency removals and tarping. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, unrelated damage, or acts of nature.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of the state where work occurs. Disputes will be handled via negotiation, then mediation, then binding arbitration under AAA rules.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continuing to use our portal or Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
